The Aline High Speed Medical Pouch Sealer is available in widths of 6, 12, 20 and 30 inches. Seal depths are offered in 1/8” increments up to 1 inch wide and pattern seals are available.
Each unit is pneumatically operated with adjustable pressure settings. A digital heat controller and digital timer with variable control are standard. The seal temperature is accurate to within +/- 1 Degree F.
The high speed Medical Pouch Sealer will seal Tyvek or foil pouches within .75 seconds making this an ideal selection for high speed and volume requirements.
Each machine is a white powder coat finish with an exhaust port and calibration ports for temperature, time and air pressure. A NIST traceable certification of calibration is optional.
Fully transparent safety shielding and an emergency stop button offer required operator protection. Jaw closure occurs under low pressure.
